Program structure and scheduling
The 12 Sessions / Month plan provides twelve individual red light therapy visits each month, scheduled to fit your routine. Each visit lasts 20 MINUTES, and you can space sessions across the month to suit work, family, or commute windows. Regularly scheduled visits make it easier to build a repeatable wellness habit without long appointments.
Sessions are booked individually through our front desk or online calendar, allowing flexibility for evenings and weekends to accommodate commuting professionals in the Route 10 corridor. The monthly package is strictly a scheduling framework; you maintain control over exact appointment days and times within each month.
What to expect each visit
When you arrive at our East Hanover location near Route 10 and I-287, check in at the desk and a staff member will orient you to the room. Expect a short setup and a single 20 MINUTES treatment period during which you rest in a private or semi-private space. There is no recovery or required downtime after the session.
Plan to wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area you want treated and avoid heavy topical products on that skin right before a visit. Staff will answer routine questions and confirm your booking; otherwise the visit is brief and designed to fit into an after-work or quick midday stop.
Choosing frequency and trade-offs
Twelve sessions per month offers frequent, consistent appointments for clients who want a steady routine. That frequency requires a recurring time commitment and is priced at $249 for the monthly package. Each session remains 20 MINUTES, so the choice is between short, frequent visits and fewer, less regular sessions depending on lifestyle and schedule.
For many East Hanover and surrounding-area clients the trade-off is convenience versus time: frequent short visits fit better into a car-oriented suburban commute, with easy stops before or after travel on Route 10 or I-287. Seasonal changes in local schedules may affect how you space sessions across a month.
